On the first floor on the Hotel Silver you can find a unique Italian FERRINA Restaurant. Our restaurant has many faces that makes it even more unusual.
Firstly, the modern interior consisting of a ring-shaped bar with a structure of a brushed steel. Also the sporting accents of illuminated photos of Ferrari bolides referring to sporting exclusive character of the whole hotel. A spacious and intimate hall with a glass wall with a view to Silver Gokart Center is visually thrilling to our Guests.
Additionally the restaurant provides the Guests with a perfect space for organizing parties on the highest level. The round 10-person tables can place 120 guests.
Last but not least, the Ferrina restaurant is wonderful cuisine. Our menu is a culmination of the Italian culinary art in the best quality. We are able to offer meat dishes, seafood and all pasta combinations.

He gained experienced during internships, for example in Atelier Amaro under the supervision of Master Wojciech Modest Amaro, as well as in one of the best restaurants in Norway – Credo and Jossa mat ogdikke. He enhanced his Italian cooking skills during the competitions of the Robert Grandi’s Authentic Italian Kitchen.
Winner of many cooking prizes, i.e. double winner of the competition during the Chefs’ Congress. A laureate of the competition Smaki Regionu. A participant of a popular cookery show MasterChef.
In his work he likes to experiment, combine Polish traditional cuisine with modern techniques. His work is distinguished by his passion for cooking art and respect for products. The possibility of combining tastes and textures gives him pleasure which makes our kitchen an art and our Chef a real artist.
