On the first floor of Hotel Silver, we invite you to experience the unique Italian restaurant, FERRINA. This is a place with many faces, each of which makes it truly one of a kind.
The first thing that catches the eye is the modern interior. The bar, shaped like rings of brushed steel, and the sporty accents, such as illuminated photos of Ferrari race cars, create an ambiance that blends exclusivity with the spirit of competition, reflecting the character of the entire hotel. The spacious yet cozy dining area, with its glass wall offering an unforgettable view of the Silver Gokart Center, provides our guests with not just a culinary delight but also a visual feast.
FERRINA is also the perfect venue for hosting memorable events. In the elegant hall, with round ten-person tables, we can accommodate up to 110 guests, ensuring an exceptional atmosphere for any occasion.
However, the highlight of our restaurant is the exquisite cuisine. FERRINA’s menu is the epitome of Italian culinary art. We offer meat dishes, seafood, and a variety of pasta combinations that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

Young, ambitious, challenge seeker and incurable optimist, culinary talent, treating cooking as a real passion.
He gained experienced during internships, for example in Atelier Amaro under the supervision of Master Wojciech Modest Amaro, as well as in one of the best restaurants in Norway – Credo and Jossa mat ogdikke. He enhanced his Italian cooking skills during the competitions of the Robert Grandi’s Authentic Italian Kitchen.
Winner of many cooking prizes, i.e. double winner of the competition during the Chefs’ Congress. A laureate of the competition Smaki Regionu. A participant of a popular cookery show MasterChef.
In his work he likes to experiment, combine Polish traditional cuisine with modern techniques. His work is distinguished by his passion for cooking art and respect for products. The possibility of combining tastes and textures gives him pleasure which makes our kitchen an art and our Chef a real artist.
